DVC-4 Version 1.xx 16 bit support

Following are the 16 bit demonstration programs and software upgrades available. Save the downloaded file in a temporary folder to be sure the transfer is complete, and then copy the new file over the existing one in the C:\DVCShell folder to complete the upgrade. Version 1.04 and up require that the resize control RESIZE.VBX and new Device Driver DVC16DLL.DLL be downloaded and copied into the c:\Windows\System folder.
